Terms of Service
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Class Rollup, published in the Google Workspace™ Marketplace as Budget vs Actual by Class for QuickBooks (the “add-on”), a Google Sheets™ add-on published by Boburbek Oripov (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the add-on, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install it.
1. What the add-on does
The add-on reads two exports from QuickBooks® Online that you paste into your own Google Sheets document — a Profit and Loss by Class report and a Budget Overview report — and writes a budget versus actual report into a new sheet in the same document. It compares actual figures against budgeted figures for each class, and produces a consolidated company-wide total.
The add-on does not connect to QuickBooks Online. It does not sign in to your QuickBooks account, read data from it, or write data to it.
2. Your licence
On purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the add-on for your own business purposes, including work you perform for your clients. The licence is issued to you as a single user and is activated with a licence key.
You may not:
- resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the add-on or your licence key;
- share a licence key with people outside your organisation;
- attempt to circumvent the free-use limit or the licensing check.
A licence key may be activated a limited number of times. If you change computers or Google accounts and run out of activations, contact us and we will reset them.
3. Free use and paid plans
The add-on builds five complete reports free of charge, with no feature withheld and no payment details required. After that, building further reports requires a valid licence key.
- Annual — $49 per year, renewing until cancelled.
- One-time — $99 once, with no renewal.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax or VAT, which is calculated and shown at checkout.
4. Payment and merchant of record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy handles all billing enquiries and returns, and is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable sales taxes. Your purchase is therefore also subject to the terms of Lemon Squeezy.
5. Refunds
We offer a 30-day refund, no reason required. The full policy is set out on our refund policy page, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
6. Your data
Your financial figures stay in your own Google Sheets document. The add-on calculates the report inside your spreadsheet and does not transmit your financial data to us or to any third party. See the privacy policy for the full detail, including the limited information we do receive when you buy a licence.
7. Accuracy and your professional responsibility
The add-on is a calculation tool. It is not accounting, tax, audit, or financial advice, and it does not replace professional judgement.
The report it produces depends entirely on the exports you paste in. You are responsible for checking that the exports cover the intended period and entity, and for reviewing the resulting figures before relying on them, filing them, or sending them to a client, lender, board, or any authority. Do not present output from the add-on as final without reviewing it.
8. Availability and changes
The add-on runs on Google Workspace and depends on Google’s platform, and licence checks depend on our payment provider. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, improve, or discontinue features. If we discontinue the add-on entirely, we will give notice by email to licence holders.
We may also change the export formats the add-on understands, if Intuit changes the format of its QuickBooks Online reports.
9. Warranty disclaimer
The add-on is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the add-on will be free of errors, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or losses arising from decisions made in reliance on the add-on’s output.
Our total aggregate liability arising from or connected to the add-on is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Termination
You may stop using the add-on at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your licence if you breach these terms, in particular by redistributing the add-on or sharing licence keys. If we terminate your licence without cause, we will refund the unused portion of an annual plan.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will notify licence holders by email. Continuing to use the add-on after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
